Lisa Curtis hopes to change the world through law

Lisa M. Curtis is the Associate Director of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project and a member of the adjunct faculty at American University Washington College of Law.

Professor Curtis has over a decade of experience in community advocacy, including issues, such as access to education and juvenile justice.

Previously,  she served as an education attorney at the National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty (NLCHP), where she developed programs to protect education rights of homeless and unaccompanied children and youth.
